AT Breweries

It’s no secret that we enjoy a nice pint of craft beer after a good hike… that’s one of the whole points of this site. So along those lines, one of the goals of this Appalachian Trail through hike is to visit some breweries that are close to the trail (or at least close enough for most hikers). After some research, we’ve put together the following table of breweries that we’re planning on visiting during our thru hike this year. We tried not to pick breweries that were too far away, so they’d be feasible for an average hiker coming off the trail. Special thanks to the Beer Mapping Project, which helped us locate many of these unknown breweries… especially in the Southern states. And as always, we’re wide open to suggestions on breweries that we may have missed. We don’t want to leave anyone out!
