We had a nice, relaxing couple of zero days in Lincoln, NH. They were mostly spent around the condo that my parents rented, or down at the pond near the condo. We did go to Pollys Pancake Parlor for breakfast one morning, which is always a treat. They have 4 or 5 different batters and a bunch of mix-ins like chocolate chips or blueberries so you can have a bunch of different types of pancakes. We drove back down to Hanover for the first zero evening to meet up with some friends for dinner which was nice. We even came home with a few beers from Garrison City Brewery. They were all good, but the Daybreak IPA was my favorite. Just great juicy hop flavor and nice aroma with a bit of bite.
The rest of the week we just relaxed. We took a walk into Lincoln to do a little resupply, but mostly just relaxed. It was nice to spend some time with more family, especially my niece who we don’t get to see enough.
How adorable! Children as such beautiful creatures, and that includes you both. It was so good to see you this morning. We are looking forward to meeting up tomorrow by the lake where we will enjoy the pleasure of a couple other wee ones. Love, Peggy and Dad
